Delivery Timeframes

3-7 business days for orders dispatched from our local warehouse

7-23 business days for orders dispatched from our international warehouse

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Shipping Destinations

We proudly offer worldwide shipping to most countries. During checkout, you can enter your address to confirm we ship to your location and see specific delivery estimates for your region.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted logistics providers including Amazon Logistics, UPS, FedEx, and local postal services to deliver your ULiXWH products. The carrier will be selected based on your location, product type, and the most efficient delivery option available.

Multiple Item Orders

We make every effort to ensure all items from your order arrive together. However, depending on product availability and storage locations, some items may ship separately. You will receive a shipment notification email for each package dispatched.

Delivery Address Changes

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address as the package is already in transit with our carrier partners. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Receiving Wrong or Incorrect Items

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@ulixwh.com. Include your order number and photos of the received items, and we will promptly resolve the issue.

Additional Information
