How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs
Buyer Responsible for Shipping Costs:
l Customer preference issues (dislike, unwanted gift, etc.)
l Returns for reasons other than proven defects
l Warranty claims on items used outside original country of purchase
l Accidental returns initiated by buyer
l Incorrect items returned
l Items claimed defective but found functional upon inspection

Seller Responsible for Shipping Costs:

l Incorrect items shipped by ULiXWH
Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items. Once issued, refunds may take:
l 7-15 business days to appear in your original payment method
l Timing may vary depending on your financial institution
If you haven't received your refund within this timeframe after we process it, please contact your bank or payment provider for assistance.
Non-Refundable Situations
Returns and refunds will not be provided for:
